The control device with air manual pressure regulating valve has remote pneumatic pressure regulation function, when the air source suddenly fails, the control pressure can be automatically restored to the initial set value, and there is a backup pressure source interface on the control manifold of the remote console to introduce the pressure source when needed.

4. Provide nitrogen backup system as needed, provide emergency auxiliary energy for the control manifold, when the accumulator and (or) pump device can not provide enough power fluid for the control manifold, you can use the nitrogen backup system to provide high-pressure gas for the manifold in order to turn off the blowout preventer, the nitrogen backup system can also provide emergency gas source for the drilling platform and auxiliary console in an emergency.
