1. Preparations

Choose the right wrench, sealing grease, grease injector and cotton yarn according to the plate valve model and specifications.

2. Operation steps

1. Loosen the grease injection valve gland about three times to observe whether there is a leak, if there is no leakage, remove the gland.

2. Inject sealing grease into the grease injection machine, take over and connect firmly with the grease injection valve, and start the grease injection until injection.

3. Remove the grease injector tube and wipe the plate valve with cotton yarn.

4. Install and tighten the grease injection valve gland, wipe the plate valve maintenance tool to clean the site.

3. Technical requirements

1. Slowly loosen the grease injection valve gland pay close attention to whether there is any leakage.

2. The operator of the flat valve shall not face the valve.

3. The valve filled with sealing grease should be well sealed, and the plate valve seal should be leak-free.

4. The grease injection valve at the left and right seats of the plate valve should be evenly filled with sealing grease.
